Who you are buying from

ZIZZU is a brand operated by ZIZZU HBLK Realtech Pvt Ltd. Every order placed on zizzu.in is a contract with that company, and it is the seller of record for the purposes of payment, shipping, returns and any dispute.

Correspondence, including anything requiring a legal reply, should go to hello@zizzu.in.

Made to order

ZIZZU pieces are produced to order and assigned a permanent identity number on production. Each number is issued once and never reused, even if ownership changes.

The identity

The Digital Passport records provenance for a specific garment. It is a record of authenticity and story; it is not a financial instrument and confers no investment rights.

Sold-out editions are closed permanently and never reproduced.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to forge, clone, or misrepresent an identity number or claim token. A claim token is a private credential — printed on the card shipped inside your box, and also sent to you by email the moment your order is placed, so you can register your piece as soon as it arrives without waiting for the box. Treat it like a password: possession of it is what proves the piece is yours.
