Your piece is cut and printed after you order, and it carries a number issued to you alone. It can never be sold to anyone else, which is why a correct-as-ordered piece cannot be returned or swapped for another size. Please use the Virtual Fit Kit and the chest measurements on the buy screen before you pay — that is the part we have made genuinely good.

Changed your mind before we print? Full ₹1,250 back.

Right up until production starts on your piece, nothing has been cut or printed — so there is nothing to lose. Message us and the full ₹1,250 is returned. This is the window to change your mind, and it costs you nothing.

Defective, damaged, or not what you ordered?

This is the one thing that always comes back. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we replace it free or refund the full ₹1,250 — your choice. Covers print defects, stitching faults, the wrong design or size sent, and anything damaged in transit.

Why so strict?

Because every piece is made for one person and numbered to them. A returned garment cannot go to anybody else — it would have to be destroyed. Rather than price that loss into everyone’s tee, we keep the price down, tell you plainly before you pay, and put the effort into helping you get the size right the first time.
