What is a ZIN?
A ZIN is your ZIZZU Identity Number — a permanent number like Z0000101, unique to your garment. It is minted once, printed into the piece, and recorded in the archive forever. No two pieces share a number.
Why can I only buy one?
ZIZZU101 is one hundred numbered identities. To keep every number personal, it is one identity per person — enforced when you claim. The point isn't to collect many; it's to own yours.
What does ₹1,250 actually get me?
A single, numbered garment from a sealed edition of one hundred — direct-to-film printed, made once, and never reproduced. It comes with a claim code that turns the number into your permanent digital passport.
How do I know my size?
Use the Fit Kit before you claim. It walks you through measurements against the ZIZZU cut so the piece fits the first time. If you're between sizes, the Fit Kit tells you which way to go.
How does claiming work?
Every piece ships with a claim code on its box card. Enter your identity number and that code to register the piece as yours — that's a one-time step, done once when it arrives. Signing in afterward, on any device, just uses the same email or Google account you ordered with. No password, no code to remember for that part.
Can I repair it instead of replacing it?
Always. Care instructions live on the Shipping & Returns page, and logging a repair on your archive page earns you the Repair Master reward. A mended piece is a better story, not a lesser one.
What are collector rewards?
Rewards are earned by living with your piece — logging wear, sharing its story, mending it, taking it into the world — never by spending more. They unlock on your private archive and show on your public passport.
When does the next drop open?
ZIZZU101, ‘The Beginning’, is live now. When its hundred numbers are claimed, the edition seals into the archive and never returns. Join the waitlist and we'll write the moment the next number drops.
How do shipping and returns work?
We ship across India with tracked delivery, dispatched 7-10 working days after you order. Because every piece is made for you and numbered to you, there are no size exchanges and no change-of-mind returns once production starts - so please use the free Fit Kit before you pay.
