Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Made-to-order pieces are produced and dispatched within 7–10 working days across India, with a shipping confirmation by email once your piece leaves for delivery.

No size exchanges or returns

Every piece is cut and printed after you order and carries a number issued to you alone, so it can never be sold to anybody else. A piece that arrives correct as ordered cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for a different size.

Because of that, getting the size right before you pay is the part we have invested in. The Virtual Fit Kit is free and takes under a minute, and the real chest measurement for every size is shown on the buy screen itself.

This does not affect defective, damaged or incorrect items, which are covered below, and it does not limit your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Send a photograph within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the piece free of charge or refund the full ₹1,250, at your choice. This covers print defects, stitching faults and transit damage.

Cancellation and refunds

ZIZZU101 is a single payment of ₹1,250, taken once when you order. There is no deposit and nothing further to pay.

Your order is refundable in full at any time before production begins on your piece. Nothing is cut or printed until then, so message us and it is returned in full.

Once production has begun we are unable to offer a change-of-mind cash refund or a size exchange. Each piece is made to order and carries a number issued to one buyer alone, so it cannot be sold to anyone else. The window to change your mind is before production starts, and it is a full refund.

If two people pay for the same number at the same moment, only one can hold it. The other payment is refunded in full, automatically, and that buyer is offered the next number in sequence.

Caring for the print

The artwork is a direct-to-film (DTF) print. Wash the garment inside out in cold water with a mild detergent, and dry it in shade.

Two things will damage it: scrubbing the printed area with a washing brush, and ironing directly onto the print. Iron the garment inside out, or avoid the printed area entirely. Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.

Damage caused by brushing or direct ironing is not a manufacturing fault and is not covered by replacement.

This is a starting template for a small brand and not legal advice. Have it reviewed against your jurisdiction before launch.
